The Legend of bodybuilding Dexter “The Blade” Jackson has retired from competing , he has already achieved more than anyone has , as he crossed his 50s and was still competing

Dexter used to mention that he cannot wait to retire as he is not interested in so much eating , he wanted to rest down and have some fun time with his grand children, he got downsized almost 40 lbs of muscle mass but kept his training routine going
