Shaun Clarida is an American Bodybuilder from New jersey standing at just 5’2 he was able to achieve huge success in bodybuilding which people called him the giant killer, he was also to capture the 212 Olympia title in 2020 from lots of popular bodybuilders

Yesterday was a surprise as he won 2021 IFBB Legion Pro Open Champion not a 212 so he competed among the biggest bodybuilders like Regan Grimes and Sergio Oliva Jr and still secured a 1st place which is fantastic, watch below

Shaun does train heavy with some crazy weights, he also do follow a proper diet all the time which keeps him in shape as he constantly increases in size and keeps the same condition every year, this year Olympia he secured 2nd place but he was even better than last year but he could not beat Derek Lunsford

Now Shaun Clarida after winning the open Legion pro in 2021 he is happily competing in open so let’s see what he will bring to the table of the open bodybuilding
