HUNTER LABRADA (Workout Split)

We all know Lee Labrada and the first ever supplement company Labrada nutrition and also the first ever ready to drink protein lean body which has the best RTD taste

Lee also made sure to bring his son Hunter Labrada strong in the bodybuilding industry plus he carries his amazing genetics but with larger size thanks to today’s technology and nutrition data which was not available at Lee’s time

Hunter was able to transform very fast and on his first ever Olympia 2021 he was able to secure 4th place which is unbelievable, not only he conquered the top 5 but he was able also to beat Nick Walker who got lot of hype before the Olympia

Hunter Labrada final two weeks before the Olympia had to do lots of pump and also cut fat so he focus on high volume workout let us see what he did and keep doing to achieve such a physique

3. Abductor
4. Adductor
5. Pendulum
6. Split squat
7. Leg extension
